COVID 19 Update

During the current crisis our charity partners, their causes, and their beneficiaries are not going anywhere, and neither are we. Due to social distancing we have moved to home working and continue to provide all our services as before.

NTT has been at the heart of fundraising for over 30 years and over this time we have learnt to expect the unexpected. In response to Covid 19 we have been able to take all necessary measures to ensure that we can continue to provide the support and services that our clients rely on. Originally set up in 1988 as a part of the overseas development charity ActionAid, NTT has significant experience within the charity sector. Since those early days we have gone from strength to strength raising millions of pounds every year for our charity clients. As one of the leading telephone agencies, we pride ourselves on being a passionate organisation with strong ethics, which is reflected in the high quality of our work and within the services we offer.

We operate in a relaxed, friendly and open environment, but that doesn’t mean we don’t take what we do seriously - underpinning our culture is a process driven environment and a view to continually improve. We are as transparent as possible so that our clients can trust us.
