Our committed team will work closely together on all areas of your strategy to develop a campaign which is tailor made to your requirements.
Each client has a single point of contact through their Account Manager, who will run the campaign from start to finish. They will liaise with all our internal departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the campaign to deliver the best possible ROIs.
The Account Management team can offer as much or as little strategic advise as required, both in terms of individual campaigns as well as broader fundraising and communication strategies.
Wherever possible we like to work with our charity clients in a strategic manner, inputting into your strategy through our expertise and knowledge of effective campaigns – in both donor development and acquisition of new donors.
We have a 93 seat call centre which consistently delivers high performance telephone fundraising campaigns.
Our fundraiser to leadership ratio of only 5 to 1 means we always have a resource pool of skilled people on hand to ensure our calls are consistently in tandem with the needs of the continually evolving charity marketplace.
Our recent acquisition of blanket call recording software and the introduction of a dedicated Quailty Assurance department enables us to practice totally accountable personal development schemes with each of our fundraisers. We’re confident this leaves us head and shoulders above our competitors with respect to call quality and will always ensure we maintain our extraordinarily low complaints ratio. We will work with you to develop a script that you feel represents your cause and ties in with your current communication strategy.
As both ‘architects’ and ‘builders’ the Creative and Training team participates in every stage of the planning and delivery of a campaign. They will generate ideas of how to approach potential and existing donors, and their thorough research leads to transcripts that deliver key fundraising messages that are both original and appropriate.
Once campaign specifications are finalised the team will either recruit staff specifically for the role of fundraiser or fully re-train and develop the skills of experienced staff to form a motivated team capable of inspiring their audience. We encourage our clients to meet the fundraisers and participate in the training wherever possible.
We have a flexible reporting system. Bespoke reports can be produced by our data and administration team to meet your exact requirements. All results will be fed back to you as required (daily / weekly / end of campaign) in the form of a statistical report, with commentary by your Account Manager. In addition we will feed back qualitative information gathered from our fundraisers.
NTT are currently working towards PCI compliancy – we have passed stage 1 and anticipate becoming fully PCI compliancy during 2008.
NTT offers a fulfilment facility where all mail is sent out within 24 hours. We have the capacity to fulfil by white mail or email, depending on your requirements.
