Here at NTT we have a 100% Charity background, having been initially established as part of the overseas development charity ActionAid before becoming an independent company and part of The Dialog Group in 2001, and Committed 2 Communications Ltd in 2008. Over the last 20 years we have continued to work exclusively in the Not-for-Profit (NPO) sector and have developed into a modern efficient fundraising agency, whilst retaining our core charity focused values.
It is these values and the passion and conviction we bring to the causes we work with that we believe underpins the quality of service we offer.
We are a mixed team of individuals working here at NTT but the one thing we all share in common is a passion and commitment for the charities and causes we work for.
The Managing Director is David Clark and he has been in the post since June 2007, although he has been working within the Dialog Group since 2003. Dave has a degree in electronic engineering and a Masters in Global and Multimedia computing. Before joining the group he worked with various contact centres and in CRM consultancy.
Natalie Bailey is the Client Services Director, and has been at NTT since April 2005. She has the Certificate in Fundraising Management and is also a full certificated member of the Institute of Fundraising. Natalie has a Degree and Masters, where she specialised in environmental issues and Third World development. Her team come from a variety of backgrounds and have extensive experience within charity and fundraising.
Jez O’Neill, the Operations Director has many years experience in contact centre management. The contact centre is the hub of the fundraising business and Jez has introduced many new ideas to create a culture where excellence is always strived for and achievement is celebrated. His high energy levels and motivation have made him a favourite amongst our fundraisers.
